Piers Morgan calls ISIS bride Shamima Begum a “monster” after she begged the UK to forgive her on live TV

Piers Morgan has hit out at ISIS bride Shamima Begum after she appeared on Good Morning Britain to beg the UK for forgiveness.

During the interview today, September 15, Shamima claimed she had no idea that ISIS were an international terrorist organisation. She said she thought it was an “Islamic community” (read here).

Reacting, Piers slammed her on Twitter and called her a monster.

He wrote: “Just as well I’m not interviewing this lying, snivelling, cold-hearted, self-serving ISIS bride monster or I’d have seriously lost my temper by now.

“Begum should never be allowed back to Britain. Let her rot in the terror bed she made for herself.”

Piers added: “Interesting times we live in when an ISIS terror bride is allowed to exercise her right to freedom of speech on @GMB but I wasn’t….”

London-born Shamima, 22, fled the UK at the age of 15 to Syria. 10 days after she arrived in Syria, she married an ISIS fighter and had 3 kids with him but all the kids died.

She told GMB hosts today that she had no desire to become a terrorist and believed she was “doing the right thing” when she made the decision to leave Bethnal Green, east London, and marry an ISIS terrorist in Syria.

“I didn’t know there was a war,” she said in a bold statement while discussing terrorist attacks carried out by the group.
