Chef Hilda Baci has defended herself with “receipts” after being threatened of a lawsuit by an event planner for allegedly collecting N3m for a meet-and-greet.

 

Hilda Baci who went live on Instagram, said she pulled out of the show after realising that it was built around her. The chef who got a spot at limelight after attempting to etch her name in Guinness World Record for longest cooking, admitted that she got paid, but said it was for an appearance at a show she felt will have other celebrities and events.

 

She said she opted to refund the event planner after realizing that it was an event about her. The chef also revealed that if she’s having an event to meet her fans, she will make it free and not charge money.
