Mob set fire on car that hit a woman, killed her baby and attempted to flee the scene in Delta

A mob last night set fire on a car that hit a woman and her baby that died instantly and attempted to flee the scene at Uduaghan park, Sapele-Warri road in Sapele town, Delta state.

According to Sapele Oghenek, the driver of the car had attempted to flee the scene when he was pursued by men in the area. They set the car on fire after the driver jumped down from it.

Sadly, the baby died on the spot while the woman is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Sapele. See more photos from the scene of the incident below
