Most Nollywood people who are against me for something that doesn’t concern them are envious – Actor Yul Edochie

Actor Yul Edochie has stated that most of the Nollywood people who are against him following his decision to marry his colleague, Judy Austin as a second wife, are envious of him. 

Speaking in a recent podcast, Yul averred that some actors are against him because he is finer than them and doing better than them. 

In his words;

‘’Most of the Nollywood people who are against me for something that doesn’t concern them are doing so because of envy. Look at all of them, both the male and female. First of all, line them up, first of all I am finer than them. I am doing better than all of them. There are some of them who have earned N150, 000 for a movie in the last 10 years, they have not grown So for them it is envy.”

On his page, he wrote;

‘’Jealousy wan kill them.

My career is bigger than theirs.

My name is bigger than theirs.

My acting prowess, they can’t match it even in their next life.

My voice alone is bigger than all their careers put together.”

Yul has received widespread criticism from Nigerians including his colleagues after he picked Judy as a second wife.
