Naira scarcity: I ‘bought’ N40,000 with N70,000 today – Singer Paul Okoye laments

Singer Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has lamented about the scarcity of the Naira. 

In a post shared on his Instastories, Paul claimed he had to pay as much as N70, 000 to get N40, 000   today February 16.
