“Nigerians coming for my relationship, I am gay, don’t care what you think” – London-based Nigerian makeup artist reacts to homophobic comments

London-based gay Nigerian Youtuber and makeup artist, Damilola Adejonwo has said that “stupid comments” from Nigerians won’t change his sexuality.
Adejonwo had posted a photo with his partner on Christmas Day which elicited homophobic comments from some Nigerian Twitter users.
Reacting to the comments, he wrote; “The Nigerians coming for my relationship. I am gay, don’t care what you think, all your stupid comments mean nothing. Still gonna be gay today, still going to be gay tomorrow,”
