OAP Dotun gives update on search for lady filmed flogging a boy and putting him in a cage with dogs

OAP Dotun has given an update on search for the lady spotted in a viral video flogging a boy and putting him in a cage with dogs. 

Recall LIB reported that the video generated an outrage on social media and had Nigerians calling for her to be found and punished.

Taking to Instagram, Dotun revealed that the incident occurred in Lagos and he has gotten a lead in the case. He wrote;
