Students of Bethesda Home for the Blind ask for financial assistance after losing food items and property in flood (video)

Students of Bethesda Home for the Blind seek donations after a heavy downpour flooded their vicinity and damaged their food items and property.
 

Bethesda Home for the Blind is a non-profit sponsor-supported full boarding home/school for visually impaired persons.
 

On Sunday, June 28, a heavy downpour in Lagos caused their premises to be flooded. The floodwater entered their hostels, displacing 20 of the students. The floodwater also entered their kitchen and storeroom, damaging their food items. Since the incident happened, the school authorities have found it hard to feed the students. They are seeking financial assistance.
