Nigerians on woke up on Tuesday morning to the sad news of the death of reggae music icon Majekodunmi Fashaeke popularly known by many as Majek Fashek.

Fashek, known for his hit song ‘send down the rain’ in the 90s reportedly died in New York on Monday. Nigerians have taken to social media to mourn his death.
