You are ruining the real estate value of the country and Lagos state – Singer Yemi Alade tackles Lagos state govt over recent demolition of houses

Singer Yemi Alade has berated the Lagos state government over the recent demolition of houses that are said to be on the right of way of water channels. 

The state Ministry of Environment and Water Resources has demolished many houses in recent times. On Saturday, May 4, the Ministry demolished a few houses in the Mende area of the state, and some residents of the demolished houses claimed that they were only given two hours notice before the demolition took place. 

In a video released, Yemi said the demolitions being carried out is ruining the real estate value of the state and Nigeria at large as people will be scared to invest in the country because of fear that their investments can be demolished in the future.
