COVID-19 Lockdown: Woman kneels down begging police officers not to confiscate motorcycle of a rider carrying her and sick child to hospital (photos)

A woman identified as Magdalene Namazzi was pictured begging Police officers not to confiscate one Joseph Muwanga’s motorcycle after he was found carrying her and her sick child to hospital amid lockdown.

Photos posted by Uganda’s New Vision, show Namazzu pleading with the officers to let them leave as they were not defying the President’s lockdown directives intentionally.

According to Namazzi, it was the easiest means of rushing the sick child to hospital, to save her life.

Police later returned the motorcycle to the rider.  See more photos below…
