Scary moment Storm Ciara blows small child out of buggy and into road (video)

A child was blown out of its buggy then sent flying into the road by Storm Ciara’s strong winds.

The child was said to have been out walking with family in Blackpool on Sunday afternoon, February 9, when a powerful gust whipped the kid out of the buggy and flying into the road.

In a video shared online, the family is seen trying to battle against the wet and windy conditions as they pushed two children in a buggy. Suddenly, a gust of wind blows the smaller child out of the buggy and sends them tumbling off the pavement and into a puddle on the road.

An adult immediately runs after the child as onlookers scream.
