Woman to have surgery after being hit in the face by McDonald’s manager after she complained about her incorrect orders

A woman was hit in the face by a McDonald’s worker after she complained about her incorrect orders on Sunday afternoon, September 22.

According to WLWT, Brittany Price, 30, entered a McDonald’s on Colerain near Ronald Reagan Highway and ordered double-cheeseburgers and Happy Meals for her daughter, two nieces, and nephew at the drive-thru. However, the orders were messed up, so Price went inside the restaurant to have the order fixed and asked the employees to refund her money after noticing their attitude towards her.

The request turned into an argument between Price and the fast-food restaurant’s manager.

The Colerain Township Police Department has identified the manager as Nashawnda Johnson.

The McDonald’s manager told investigators on Sunday evening that Price was very aggressive towards her staff and threw the food at first.

According to reports, Ms. Price began throwing food at Ms. Johnson first so she retaliated.

Price did not deny having the altercation with Johnson because she was upset about the long wait and messed up orders. She is scheduled to have surgery for her broken nose and shattered cheekbone on Wednesday.

Investigators will look into surveillance footage to see if criminal charges are applicable to the situation.
